Client Responsibilities:

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary resources, and access to relevant systems or platforms to facilitate the delivery of services.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.

Limitation of Liability:
